TIPS / HINTS

Our delicious par-baked products are crafted to have a crispy, hearty European-style crust. Once baked, our breads, rolls and bagels will naturally develop small cracks in their crusts, and some flaking may occur. To minimize the appearance of cracks and create a chewy rather than crisp crust, liberally spray loaves and rolls with water after thawing (about 10 minutes prior to baking) and store breads and rolls at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag after they are completely cool.
